Disclosed is a process for the production of lubricating biooils starting from soaps, used cooking oil (UCO), animal fats, refined used cooking oil (RUCO), used biolubricants, characterised in that it provides a soap acidification step and a hydrolysis step of other waste to be regenerated to obtain fatty acids, and in that the products of these two steps are then reacted with monoalcohols and polyalcohols, so to esterify them to obtain lubricating biooils and solvents.

Il trovato consiste in dispositivo innovativo volto a rispondere all’esigenza emergente di auto-coltivare microrganismi funzionali come funghi, spirulina, germogli e 5 microorganismi efficaci per scopi domestici. Il dispositivo si presenta come un incubatore multiplo che può essere sospeso al soffitto, ad un supporto dall’alto o poggiato su un ripiano. Il dispositivo è costituito da tre o più spicchi contenitori (1, 2, 3) e da un fusto funzionale centrale (11), 10 alimentato elettricamente a cui si agganciano i contenitori. Ognuno degli spicchi deve essere mantenuto in condizioni ambientali biochimiche, di umidità e temperatura favorevoli alla crescita degli organismi contenuti mediante componenti tecnologici (umidificatore/annaffiatore, ossigenatore, luce 15 led, scambiatore di temperatura, sensori, processore, connessione wifi). Il primo scomparto (1) è dedicato alla coltivazione di germogli o alla coltivazione idroponica di piccoli ortaggi o piante aromatiche. Il secondo scomparto (2) e dedicato alle 20 micro alghe e ad altri microorganismi funzionali. Il primo spicchio (3) è dedicato alla coltivazione di funghi commestibili o di altre piante funzionali come la luffa. I componenti sono modulari e assemblati al fusto centrale in modo reversibile per risultare facili da estrarre, pulire, 25 riparare o aggiornare.

Disclosed is a process for the production of lubricating biooils starting from soaps, used cooking oil (UCO), animal fats, refined used cooking oil (RUCO), used biolubricants, characterised in that it provides a soap acidification step and a hydrolysis step of other waste to be regenerated to obtain fatty acids, and in that the products of these two steps are then reacted with monoalcohols and polyalcohols, so to esterify them to obtain lubricating biooils and solvents.

Il trovato consiste in dispositivo innovativo volto a rispondere all’esigenza emergente di auto-coltivare microrganismi funzionali come funghi, spirulina, germogli e 5 microorganismi efficaci per scopi domestici. Il dispositivo si presenta come un incubatore multiplo che può essere sospeso al soffitto, ad un supporto dall’alto o poggiato su un ripiano. Il dispositivo è costituito da tre o più spicchi contenitori (1, 2, 3) e da un fusto funzionale centrale (11), 10 alimentato elettricamente a cui si agganciano i contenitori. Ognuno degli spicchi deve essere mantenuto in condizioni ambientali biochimiche, di umidità e temperatura favorevoli alla crescita degli organismi contenuti mediante componenti tecnologici (umidificatore/annaffiatore, ossigenatore, luce 15 led, scambiatore di temperatura, sensori, processore, connessione wifi). Il primo scomparto (1) è dedicato alla coltivazione di germogli o alla coltivazione idroponica di piccoli ortaggi o piante aromatiche. Il secondo scomparto (2) e dedicato alle 20 micro alghe e ad altri microorganismi funzionali. Il primo spicchio (3) è dedicato alla coltivazione di funghi commestibili o di altre piante funzionali come la luffa. I componenti sono modulari e assemblati al fusto centrale in modo reversibile per risultare facili da estrarre, pulire, 25 riparare o aggiornare.
